This hotel was a great find! The value for money was excellent, with competitive prices that didn't break the bank. The attention to detail was impressive, with spotless rooms and updated bathrooms. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the bus stop for Machu Picchu and the railway station. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. Basic amenities were provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and were accommodating in providing assistance and even packing a snack for a day trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hot water and water pressure were consistent, and the location was perfect for train access and nearby amenities.
Although the staff was friendly, their music was sometimes disruptive in the early morning, which could be a problem for late sleepers. Wi-Fi connectivity was limited on some parts of the property, which could be frustrating for guests who need reliable internet access.
